Disposal facilities
We operate a fully licensed 13-acre waste transfer facility and are able to accept and process most waste types. We are conveniently located within easy access of all major transport links and only 2 miles from Manchester city centre.
Types of waste we accept include hardcore, inert soils and commercial waste.
The hardcore is processed to produce a range of quality recycled aggregate which conform to WRAP protocol and are used in construction and civil engineering projects.
Inert soils are processed and screened to extract stone and hardcore which is used to produce recycled aggregate.
We can accommodate and welcome both tipper and grab trucks, which proves to be very popular within the highway, utility and demolition sectors.
All vehicles are weighed both on arrival and when leaving the site using our fully calibrated weighbridges.
Commercial waste is pre-sorted, segregated and recycled where possible, and we work hard to recycle up to 90% of waste received.
PLEASE NOTE, you must be a licensed waste carrier to use any of our disposal facilities. To comply with the duty of care regulations, a suitable waste transfer note and soil test results (where applicable) must be provided prior to tipping.
